We provide comprehensive training to our customers and ensure that we spend the time
and effort in ensuring the whole team is onboard with a new platform. The training courses
are customized to the user's role, skill level, and specific job definitions.
Our consultative approach to implementation of Remedi will often involve certain
customizations to the product for a specific customer. Our training program incorporates
such customer specific changes to Remedi.
We also recognize that the implementation of a new system will require
certain cultural and process changes. We ensure that we spend the time with
the team managers to define the changes clearly, document them, and socialize
them with the larger teams via the training programs.
While most training is provided onsite, based on the customer's facilities and
and needs, we offer training at alternate locations convenient to the employees.
Train the Trainer
While we are available to offer training courses to any new employees joing your
ogranization, we try to put our best effort in ensuring our customers are
self-sufficient. We offer the "Train the Trainer" courses to a few individuals
in your organization, based on your choice. The courses are designed to
provide a "Power User" insight into the application. The trainer can always
leverage Ecognize support personnel for any on the job clarfications and
also onsite needs.
